NYX provides both owner-side commissioning assurance and contractor-side commissioning management, but these roles are clearly separated.
Where NYX is engaged as an independent Commissioning Authority or Verification provider for the owner, we maintain independence from contractor-side commissioning management responsibilities for the same scope.
This separation protects accountability, transparency and technical integrity throughout the commissioning process.
