1) Client-Side Commissioning Services (CXA)
We act as your independent commissioning agent, planning and overseeing all tests to confirm the data center is built and performs exactly to your requirements.
2) End Client Commissioning Verification (CXV)
We provide independent verification for tenants to confirm that the building owner and their commissioning agent (CXA) have properly planned, executed, and documented all required commissioning activities.
3) Contractor-Side Commissioning Management Services (CXM)
We support contractors by structuring, coordinating, and documenting the full commissioning process so milestones are met and handover is smooth and defensible.
4) Commissionability Review
We review designs and methods early to ensure the data center can actually be commissioned safely and efficiently, reducing late changes and schedule risk.
5) Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
We establish and execute practical QA/QC processes, including detailed quality walkdowns and inspections, to verify that installed systems meet design intent, standards, and vendor requirements before commissioning begins
6) Thermal Scanning
We use infrared thermal imaging to detect hotspots, load imbalances, and hidden defects in electrical and mechanical systems, helping you prevent failures before they occur.
